The villa has a
spacious garden, within a private park condominium area rich in oak and
chestnut trees, plants and flowers, a small pond with swans and ducks, an
animal pen with deer and an aviary. Within the complex is a tennis court,
a playground and a covered parking space.
The park compound is in the town of Manziana, a well
known tourist center of over 6000 residents, forty kilometers North of
Rome with which it is well connected by public transportation. Seven km
from Manziana is Lake Bracciano and 20 km from the town is the Tyrrhenian
Sea. Tourists enjoy Manziana’s naturalistic attractions, like the oak
wood and natural reserves which surround the area and allow the visitor
pleasurable walks picking mushrooms and chestnuts.
The house develops on one floor and is surrounded by
plants and trees. The porch and vast windows fill the environment with
light and allow one to feel immersed in nature.
The furnishing is modern 70’s style, very tended to
artistically. The owner is nice and hospitable, has a good art preparation
and may organize historical-naturalistic itineraries for the guests
including adequate reading material.
